Zheng De Campus

Location:
Zheng De Campus is located at No.109, Beixin Rd., Tamsui Dist., New Taipei City, with an area of 2.22 hectares, about 10 minutes drive from MRT Tamsui Station.

Current status:
Zheng De Campus was approved for establishment in 1988 and began to admit students formally on July 1, 1993. By August 2014, the campus has a total of 54 classes, or 1584 students.

About the Environment:
Neighboring Tamkang University, the campus is situated at the center of the Tamsui suburban project and its traffic is convent. The campus consists of a teaching building (with 54 general classrooms, 16 multi-subject classrooms), a complete library, Judo training room, weighting training room, international education & research center, wind music practice room, etc., in addition to an outdoor playground and an all-weather playground, surrounded by Hong Kong orchid trees,Yoshino cherry trees, golden shower trees, azalea flowers, Madagascar almond trees, etc. It is a suitable learning environment for reading and sports alike.

Hsien Hsiao Campus

Location:
Hsien Hsiao Campus is located at No.11, Houzhouzi, Tamsui Dist., New Taipei City, with an area of approximately 2.53 hectares, neighboring St. John's University, about 15 minutes (6.4 kilometers) drive from Zheng De Campus.

Current status:
Hsien Hsiao Campus’ predecessor Hsien Hsiao Junior High School was established in August 1974, originally Hsien Hsiao Branch of Tamsui Junior High School. On August 1, 1975, it was approved for setting up an independent school, renamed “Taipei Municipal Hsien Hsiao Junior High School”. In 2004, it was merged by Zheng De Junior High School and renamed “Hsien Hsiao Campus, Taipei Municipal Zheng De Junior High School”. As of August 2014, the campus has 3 classes, or 86 students.


About the Environment:
Hsien Hsiao Campus boasts of a gorgeous and spacious environment. A distance of the campus from the Tamsui-Jinshan Highway can reduce air pollution and noise, while retaining its natural ecosystem and beauty. It is a modern Arcadia campus. The Campus consists of Zhongxiao Building, Renai Building, Heping Hall, Xinyi Corridor, Workmanship Classroom, as well as a green carpet-like garden and a playground. Plum, cherry, peach, azalea, among other plants, can be seen campus-wide. In addition, its rich cultural landscape is constituted by Picture Art Wall, Practice Café, Yixin Pavilion, Confucius Sculpture, etc. All these are intended to create an interactive learning environment with nature, history, art and creative content, for students and teachers and the community.
